Harold is a results-driven, training and communications professional with 20+ years of extensive training and media production leadership and management experience supporting clients in large & small, public & private, businesses and organizations. He exhibits an exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management, staff, and customers. As an entrepreneurial thinker, he delivers real-world solutions to real-world problems and possesses solid business skills and leadership abilities, which will support each client’s goals and initiatives.
With an ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex issues and challenges, Harold utilizes sound judgment, resourcefulness, intuition, and a strong work ethic to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Harold is a motivational, lead-by-example servant leader who advocates for empowerment and personal accountability, which will result in better processes, compliance, profitability, and overall value.
Harold is an active servant leader demonstrated through his involvement with the Scouting movement for more than 30 years as a youth and adult. He earned the Rank of Eagle Scout and the God and Country award as a youth. As an adult volunteer, he has been recognized with: the District Award of Merit, the Silver Beaver Award, the William D. Boyce New Unit Organizer Award (Pack, Troop, and Crew recognition), and as a Vigil Honor in the Order of the Arrow. Selected to serve on Wood Badge staff eight times including Course Director. Two-time Shawnee District Training Chair and three years as the North Florida Council Training Chair. Harold Attended the Philmont Training Center for the T3 – Master Trainer Conference and the Philmont Leadership Challenge (PLC). Selected to staff the Philmont Leadership Challenge in 2016 and twice in 2017. I also served as an adult staff member for the National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience (NAYLE) in 2017 and as a course director in 2018. Provides marketing assistance on the national level to recruit participants for PLC and NAYLE.
